BOOKING APPOINTMENT/TRAINING

Please book for your Semi-Permanent Makeup, Lash Extensions, Skin Care, HD Brows and Lash Lift + Tint appointment/training by messaging us on whatsapp (+91 9891227227). Bridal Makeup appointments are by request only. Microblading, Nanoblading, Ombre Brows, Combination Brows, Hairline Microblading, Scalp Micropigmentation, Lip Blush Tattoo and Eyeliner Tattoo appointment bookings are required to pay ₹2500 deposit to secure your appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for only when the procedure is performed immediately after the consultation.

Please book your seat for the Training class minimum of two weeks in advance by paying 50% of the total fee amount.

 

All deposits are non-refundable irrespective.

 

PRICING & PAYMENT

Renuka Krishna Beauty & Training Academy accepts the following methods of payment:

• Cash (change is not available on-site)

• Paytm, Google Pay and UPI

• IMPS (Bank Transfer)

• E-transfer (must be paid prior to the procedure and is only available for DEPOSITS, not for actual service payment)

• No refunds are offered on any procedure/training.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES/LATE POLICY/NO SHOWS

DEPOSITS: A ₹2,500 deposit is required in order to book and confirm your service/consultation appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for only when the procedure is performed immediately after the consultation. The deposit is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost. Any appointment cancellation will result in the forfeit of your deposit or a ₹500 penalty fee on your rescheduled appointment for lash/brow/skin services or training.

RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule, 24 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit will be forfeited.
Please read the FAQ section before booking. The deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue for the procedure, the deposit will be forfeited and the appointment will be cancelled. Deposits for guest spots cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or are transferable.

 

NO SHOWS: If you do not show up to your appointment, or simply forgot about your booking, your deposit will be forfeited. No exceptions.

 

ARRIVING LATE: I understand that things can happen but, to avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment without contacting me, it will be necessary to cancel and reschedule. This will result in the loss of your deposit and will require another deposit to schedule the next appointment. For no-show clients who re-book, a pre-payment of your appointment total will be required when booking in order to secure your spot. TOUCHUPS:  Particular procedures have the first touch up session complimentary (kindly check beforehand). Touch ups are not included and will be a separate fee that ranges depending on the procedure.

Every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependant on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. 
Specific results or color requests for tattoos are not guaranteed (especially on those with dark or cool-toned lips, problematic skin or when covering up an old tattoo). A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve.
All services provided are non-refundable.

 

If we feel that you are too unfit, unsure, indecisive, or impulsive about your service, we have the right to refuse to offer our work. Another deposit fee will be charged if you would like to book again.

If you breach the policy, arrive with a contradiction or pay a deposit before reading through the website and you have a contradiction, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled.

Come to your appointment solo: Absolutely no additional guests are allowed. Please ADHERE TO THIS RULE.

ONLY bring your keys and wallet. All other belongings should be left in your car.

At the time of making the payment kindly read the terms and conditions, no exceptions are made prior.
