She is the founder of Renuka Krishna Beauty and Training Academy (RKBTA) and is widely recognized as one of the earliest pioneers of Semi Permanent Makeup, Microblading, and Nanoblading in India.

A decade ago, Renuka Krishna introduced structured, professional SPMU techniques to India, setting industry standards for natural results, facial harmony, and corrective aesthetic procedures. She also played a key role in introducing lash lifting to Indian men and women at a professional level.
